Behind the scenes[]

  • The issue's cover by Joe Quinones has a fair amount of Easter eggs.
    • A Harvey Dent for District Attorney campaign poster from Batman is on the brick wall, with one half of his face ripped off to reflect the scarring that turned Harvey Dent into Two-Face.
    • A poster with the name "Kane" is visible as is graffiti that says "Finger", obvious references to Batman creators Bob Kane and Bill Finger.
    • There is graffiti with the names "Burton" and "Ringwood", references to Batman and Batman Returns director Tim Burton and costume designer Bob Ringwood.
    • There is graffiti with the names "Khouri", "Hamm" and "Quinones", references to Andy Khouri as well as Batman '89 writer Sam Hamm and artist Joe Quinones.
    • Part of the word "Burnside" is visible, which is the Gotham borough that appears in the issue.
  • Despite appearing on the cover, Harvey Dent does not seemingly become Two-Face in the events of the issue.
