Hugo E. Blick (born 1965) is a Welsh writer, producer, director and occasional actor. He portrayed the young Jack Napier in a flashback scene of Batman.
For reasons unknown, Blick was not interviewed for any of the 2005 dvd features like Shadows of the Bat.
