Looney Tunes: Back in Action is a 2003 Warner Brothers release directed by Joe Dante (who considered directing Batman in the early to mid '80s).
The film has a brief segment where Roger Corman is shown directing a Batman movie on the WB studio lot. A unidentified actor is seen atop a building in a black version of the Sonar suit with the black utility belt from the Panther suit. Daffy Duck also attempts to drive the Mark I Batmobile.
