The Red Triangle Gang

The Red Triangle Gang was a group of criminals led by Oswald Cobblepot in Gotham City. Originally, it was a Barnum & Bailey Circus-like traveling circus popular with its freak-shows, which part of was "Aquatic Bird Boy", aka the Penguin. After numerous reports of missing children (as Oswald's mad revenge for his childhood, that should be ended in a cold waters of the sewers), circus was closed down by GPCD and circus performers founded a valt from authorities in Oswald's first "home", underground portion of Arctic World section of the abandoned Old Gotham City Zoo.
