The Sonar Batarang

The Sonar Batarang was a key weapon that could be used with the Sonar Batsuit. After a target lock-on with sonar lenses, the weapon will home in on the target when thrown.

History

When confronting Riddler, Batman distracted him with a riddle of his own. When Riddler answered the riddle Batman toggled the switch on his utility belt to activate sonar lenses. With a target lock on, Batman threw the Batarang towards the Box which home in on it and destroyed it causing Riddler to lose his sanity as well as his intelligence.
